Below are results for the VOP Club Experience Survey undertaken earlier this year.
The purpose of the project was to understand what is important to players and how clubs are performing. The results of the report have allowed Softball New Zealand to understand the club experience of our members over the 2020/21 season.
Softball members nationwide had the opportunity to participate, with adults aged 16+ completing the questionnaire themselves and parents/guardians completing the questionnaire for children under the age of 16, on behalf of their child.
The survey was carried out by Nielsen, an independent research company on behalf of Softball New Zealand and Sport New Zealand.
