Passing of Hadyn Smith
We are very sad to hear of the sudden passing of Hadyn Smith.
Hadyn made a huge contribution to the various facets of our sport, including servicing as Softball New Zealand CEO in the early-mid 2000s and being a driving force in helping raise the image of Softball nationwide. Many of the softball community will have fond memories playing alongside Hadyn with the Combines Services or Evergreens, or had been coached by him when passing on his wealth of knowledge coaching grassroots level.
Hadyn Smith will be sorely missed across our softball community, and we are sending all our thoughts and aroha to his whānau.
