Softball New Zealand (SNZ) is committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment for all participants, ensuring that everyone involved in the sport feels secure and valued.

Softball NZ encourages disputes to be resolved informally between the persons involved. If this is unable to be achieved, there are two options to make a formal complaint to Softball NZ.

OPTION 1:
Email complaints@softball.org.nz and provide as much detail about the incident as possible. This email is monitored by the Chief Executive and the appropriate course of action will be taken as per Softball NZ's complaints policy. 

OPTION 2:
Click here - https://forms.office.com/r/X11h3nYVB2 to access a form which you can complete online. This form will be received by the Chief Executive and the appropriate course of action will be taken as per Softball NZ's complaints policy.
