Alison Kensington

Alison started in softball over 45 years ago and has scored at school, club and Manawatu Representative levels throughout her tenure.

She has been a member of Manawatu Softball Assn Board for many years holding serval positions including Patron, Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. Alison was Chairperson of the Board that was instrumental in the initial talks to bring the U18 Softball World Cup to Manawatu in 2020 and including the upgrade to Colquhoun Park.

She gained her Scorers badge in 1986 and has scored at Softball NZ National Tournaments every year since.

Alison remains the Manawatu Softball Association Chief Scorer. A respected and high-level performer, Alison supports and represents the SNZ Scorer Programme with supreme integrity.
